SVP Operations | Chicagoland

This is not a “maintenance mode” operations role.

We’re partnering with a growing Food/CPG manufacturer seeking an SVP Operations to help align, stabilise and scale a complex U.S. manufacturing network built through acquisition.

The footprint spans 6 manufacturing sites across the U.S., each with different operating rhythms, systems, leadership styles and levels of maturity.

The challenge?

Turning multiple acquired businesses into one cohesive operational platform.

In addition - we will be acquiring further sites and leading M&A across new platforms.

• Planning & Logistics
• Operational Excellence

The successful leader will build:

• Consistent operational cadence
• KPI accountability across sites
• Stronger capacity & production alignment
• Scalable systems and infrastructure
• Cross-functional integration
• Improved service, throughput and cost performance

This is a hands-on transformational leadership mandate requiring someone comfortable operating in imperfect, fast-moving environments.

Location:

Chicagoland + 60% travel

Compensation:

Circa $300k base + 50% bonus + longer-term upside.
