to join our Grid Software team.

This is a hybrid position based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market; hired candidate must live in this market for in-person collaboration at our Minnetonka office. Transform the everyday with us! You’ll make an impact as you: Support month-end closing activities. Assist with Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Sales Orders, Order Entry process, Order bookings. Perform SAP project maintenance, including project set-up, new customer management, customer invoices, improvements, and testing. Accounts Receivables management & control. Tax excepts / Foreign Tax withholdings management. Software Service Fee (SSF) management & control. R&D billings / cost transfers. Support CPMs on commercial topics regarding portfolio of projects. Participate in continuous improvements initiatives. You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher completed in finance, accounting, or business with a focus in finance or accounting required. (must have graduated) Previous internship experience in finance, accounting, or business. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to travel 5% domestically / internationally. Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Must be able to start immediately in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market for in-person collaboration; this role does not offer relocation assistance. Preferred qualifications: Experience using SAP, Tableau, or Power BI preferred Passion about AI, process automation initiatives.
