About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Managing Director with a focus on M&A to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of a leading middle-market M&A advisory platform and will be responsible for originating new M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements. This role requires the development and maintenance of relationships with business owners, executives, private equity investors, and strategic acquirers, as well as leading the execution of transactions from inception to close. The ideal candidate will have a strong origination track record, at least 10 years' of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance, and established relationships within various industry sectors. Applicants for the Managing Director position should be current Managing Directors, Directors, or Senior Vice Presidents with a proven ability to source, market, and close middle-market transactions. Experience in advising founder-owned, private equity-backed, and corporate clients is essential. The role also involves expanding the firm's presence within a designated industry vertical, mentoring and developing junior investment banking professionals, and collaborating with internal sector teams to deliver top-tier client solutions. Strong leadership, business development, and client management skills are a must for this senior-level position.
