The CDO will be responsible for leading the design and execution of ambitious fundraising, development, and communication strategies, with a focus on raising $10M - $12M annually. This includes serving as a key organizational leader, mentoring staff, and advancing equity, inclusion, and justice. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to these values, a passion for the mission, and at least 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior-level fundraising roles. The role also involves external leadership, donor engagement, and the advancement of a diverse donor base.
