We are currently seeking a PM Line Cook This position is scheduled for PM shifts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties may be assigned) Stocking and maintaining designated station(s). Preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards. Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen visually. Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards. Preparing requisitions for food and supplies, as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Three or more years of experience in hospitality food preparation is preferred. Ability to obtain a Kansas City Food Handler permit is required. ABILITIES Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of menu and all food products. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to make continuous and repetitive arm-hand movements (i.e. slicing or chopping food). Ability to bend or stoop repeatedly during the shift (i.e. removing items from stoves, ovens and refrigerators). Ability to lift and carry between 20-50 lbs over short distances (20 feet or less). COMPENSATION $17.00 - $21.00 per hour starting pay. $500 bonus after your first 90 days. BENEFITS Competitive pay - with the opportunity for annual reviews and increases.
