The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, overseeing a small team of 1-5 members, and ensuring excellent customer service and efficient inventory management. This position involves assisting with training coordination and resolving workplace conflicts to maintain a positive and productive environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support a small team of 1-5 employees
Ensure high standards of customer service
Manage inventory and stock levels effectively
Support sales activities to meet targets
Prepare and submit operational reports
Coordinate and assist with employee training
Address and resolve conflicts within the team

Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in retail or hospitality management
