Description: 1ST TIMERS - Fluoro and Cath Lab EXP Cert Rad Tech - R10617 Will position float between units: No Is on-call required? Yes Weekdays and Weekends Are weekends required? Yes 12 hr shift w/staff shortages Are block schedules required? No What are expected ratios? 1:3 Special requirements: Radiology Tech with at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience; For the Cath Lab, we are looking for a Rad Tech with experience working in a Cath Lab. The candidate must be qualified to operate fluoroscopy equipment; however, Cath Lab experience is also a key requirement for the position. The need is not for broader imaging duties, but specifically for fluoroscopy operation within the Cath Lab setting and who can ideally scrub cases.

Manager is willing to screen candidates if they have an active Radiology Technologist license from another state and has or will apply for an Oregon License from the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license. In Oregon, they cannot operate Fluoroscopy without that license from OBMI. Special Equipment: Candidates should be experienced CVL radiology technologist

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission Any hits we have to send for approval Return Staff Policy - 3 months between perm and travel Must include response to the following from the candidate with submission: Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem? If yes, please include location and dates worked. Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. PLEASE NOTE - Must have a vehicle for this assignment! If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. No Call-In: Candidates should Not reach out to facility contacts directly unless it is for an agreed-upon interview that has been communicated by AM or PM Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval Modules are completed during orientation, and annually Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
