Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager at DRMP, you will be part of a team that is quickly identifying, assessing, and hiring key talent to enable the continued rapid expansion of the company. We are counting on you to be a talent advisor to our hiring managers. You will leverage your talent and expertise to source, engage, and attract top talent to our business. The best-qualified candidates will have great experience recruiting in the Civil Engineering Industry , critical thinking skills, a strategic talent management mindset, mastery in sourcing talent, the ability to manage the hiring process with diplomacy, and a strong desire to advance their careers. Your Primary Responsibilities will include: Responsible for setting and executing a full lifecycle recruiting strategy; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback and recommendations, managing the candidate experience, and ultimately onboarding great talent. Partner with internal departments to assess recruitment needs; Foster good relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates/candidates. Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. Partner and collaborate with other recruiters across the company to share talent and ensure team success. Build recruitment strategies that support our values and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; making sure we are a market leader in diverse thought, experience, and backgrounds. Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM/ATS, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and close job offers. Conduct and coordinate resume reviews, and schedules for interviews. Manage and lead recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruiting, industry conferences, etc. Advocate for, advance, and shape culture across our family of companies by understanding and articulating our values, norms, passions, mission, vision, and unwavering commitment to being a “People First” company.
