Senior Technical Support Engineer
Virtual Vocations Inc
Owning complex customer relationships, the full-time Senior Technical Support Engineer will resolve technical and product queries, utilize AI tools for diagnostics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own resolution of technical and product queries, including connector issues and schema mismatches Act as a trusted technical point of contact, systematically diagnosing root causes and explaining findings Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on escalated cases, providing well-structured bug reports and context Required qualifications Background in technical or customer support, solutions engineering, or technical operations, particularly in a SaaS environment Comfortable reading and making small changes to code, with an understanding of APIs and data pipelines Experience directing AI coding agents and validating AI-generated outputs Genuine curiosity about data movement and a motivation to understand connectors and integrations Structured approach to managing multiple cases and customer expectations through uncertainty Virtual Vocations Inc
