Overview

Seeking a Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions. This role requires extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud services, and modern software development practices. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy complex .NET applications and services

• Design and build Azure App Services, Function Apps, databases, and ORM-based solutions

• Architect applications using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles

• Design applications utilizing relational databases, data caching, and enterprise-scale data management solutions

• Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor development team members

• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution designs

• Integrate .NET applications with third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability across multiple environments

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development workflows

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and development issues

• Support implementation of security, compliance, and application governance standards

• Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies

• Contribute to architectural decisions, technology selection, and long-term technical planning efforts

• Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams as required

Requirements:

• Ten (10) or more years of software development experience, including at least five (5) years of application development using .NET framework and Microsoft technologies

• Seven (7) years of combined experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Seven (7) years of combined experience with one or more modern front-end frameworks, including Angular, React, or Blazor

• Three (3) years of experience developing applications in Azure cloud environments and deploying code through CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working in Agile software development environments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and solutions

• Experience working in hybrid telework and office environments with cross-functional teams

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and application performance analysis tools

• Experience managing multiple workstreams within large-scale enterprise projects

• Three (3) years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines that automate build and deployment processes

• Experience with API design, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and Azure Application Performance Monitoring

• Seven (7) years of experience writing automated unit tests

• Three (3) years of experience with database design and development using SQL Server or Azure SQL

The projected hourly range for this position is $_60_____to $__75_____.
