Construction Project Manager

Benefits: Health insurance 401(k) Dental insurance SERVPRO of Annapolis Location: 1446 Ritchie Hwy, Arnold, MD Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities SERVPRO of Annapolis is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing reconstruction team. This is a hands‑on project management role responsible for taking sold reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate subcontractors and materials, communicate with customers, monitor schedules and quality, and make sure projects move efficiently through completion. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, solves problems, and can manage multiple projects without needing constant direction. What You’ll Do Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from contract through completion Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and jobsite activity Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress, workmanship, and project needs Communicate consistently with customers throughout the reconstruction process Work closely with our estimators, construction leadership, and office team Identify project issues early and develop solutions before they affect the customer or schedule Coordinate and document change orders as needed Monitor project scope and help ensure projects meet profitability expectations Perform quality‑control inspections and final walkthroughs Help resolve customer, subcontractor, and production issues Maintain organized project documentation and communication Ensure projects meet SERVPRO standards and customer expectations What We’re Looking For Previous construction or reconstruction project management experience strongly preferred Restoration or insurance‑reconstruction experience is a plus Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, subcontractors, and jobsite management Excellent customer communication skills Strong organization and follow‑through Ability to manage multiple active projects at the same time Comfortable holding subcontractors accountable for schedule and quality Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently Xactimate experience is helpful but not required Comfortable using computers, email, and project‑management systems Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites throughout our service area What We Offer $80,000–$105,000 base salary, depending on experience Bonus opportunities Competitive benefits package Paid training Professional development opportunities Career advancement opportunities Equipment and tools needed to perform the job Established local company with an experienced leadership team Opportunity to take real ownership of projects and play an important role in the continued growth of our reconstruction division About SERVPRO SERVPRO is a leader in property restoration and reconstruction.
