CT Technologist

Schedule: Nights 4-10's (7:30 PM to 6 AM), Monday-Thursday - No Weekends

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA approved school
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in radiography and CT
Maintains licensure requirements with the state
Maintains annual CPR certification/When Seconds Count certification
Minimum of two years experience in a diagnostic imaging setting preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic CT examinations and assist physicians with invasive CT procedures.
Analyze CT examinations for quality control purposes and prepare completed examinations for interpretation by the radiologist.
Operate all CT and related equipment and maintain safety protocols.
Administer oral and intravenous contrast media under the direction of a physician per protocol.
Transport, move, and position patients safely and appropriately.
Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities related to CT.
