Couples Therapy Services is currently seeking a Fully Licensed or Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our Princeton team.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples in person and via telehealth
\n
• Complete timely and ethical clinical documentation
\n
• Assess, conceptualize, and implement treatment plans
\n
• Support clients navigating relationship concerns, life transitions, and personal development
\n
• Participate in consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development
\n
• Attend mandatory monthly team meetings and peer study groups
\n

\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
\n

\n

or prelicensed status as LSW, LAC, or LAMFT with at least two years of clinical experience

\n

\n
• Ability to provide in-person sessions at our Princeton office with a hybrid option available
\n
• Availability for a minimum of 2–3 evening shifts per week
\n
• Willingness to build a caseload over time (approximately 3–6 months to ~25 clients/week)
\n

Preferred:

\n

\n
• Prior experience or training in couples therapy
\n

\n
