We are looking for Full stack engineer and AI support engineer who Lead L2L3 application support and engineering activities Act as the primary customer facing technical lead responsible for incident management release coordination stakeholder communication RCA leadership application stability and continuous improvement initiatives Own technical governance while collaborating with offshore teams to ensure 24x7 operational support

- Drive RCA reviews and preventive actions
- Coordinate releases deployments and postproduction validations
- Guide offshore support engineers and cloud engineers
- Participate in governance reviews service reporting and client leadership meetings
- Support minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Own transition KT validation and operational readiness activities
