Your Future Team

The Information Technology Integrations Manager will play a critical role in supporting Hightower's growth by leading the technology integration efforts associated with newly acquired advisory firms. This position serves as the primary liaison between acquired businesses, corporate technology teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition into the Hightower ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship focused, and experienced in managing complex technology projects involving system migrations, infrastructure transitions, application onboarding, data integration, and change management. This individual will help ensure newly acquired firms are successfully integrated while minimizing disruption to advisors, employees, and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technology integration workstreams for newly acquired advisory firms from due diligence through post-acquisition onboarding.
• Develop and manage integration project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with business leaders, advisors, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to define integration requirements and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate the migration and onboarding of key technology platforms, including CRM systems, portfolio management platforms, document management systems, communication tools, and business applications.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to assess the technology landscape, workflows, and infrastructure of acquired firms.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to ensure successful integration execution.
• Track and communicate project status, key decisions, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage third-party technology vendors and service providers involved in conversion and implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the onboarding experience for acquired firms.
• Support data migration, system access provisioning, software deployment, and user adoption initiatives.
• Coordinate training activities and change management efforts to support a smooth transition for advisors and employees.
• Ensure integration activities align with regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
• Participate in acquisition due diligence activities by evaluating technology environments, identifying risks, and estimating integration efforts.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects, system implementations, integrations, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, technology integrations, onboarding programs, or enterprise-wide technology projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of business applications, technology infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and system implementation methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM, portfolio accounting, financial planning, document management, and collaboration platforms is preferred.
• Experience within wealth management, financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry is highly preferred.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification is a plus.

• Base salary of $120,000-$130,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
