Dental Assistant Trainee - Peekskill - Full Time

Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia, and Westchester County. We are currently seeking bilingual Dental Assistant Trainees for our Dental Assistant Training Program in White Plains, NY. Upon successful completion of all exams, courses, and clinical hours, trainees will receive a Certificate of Completion as a Chairside Dental Assistant. Program Requirements: Complete didactic training through Penn Foster. Complete 140 clinical hours. Travel to assigned sites within the region. Receive a certificate upon successful completion. Failure to pass competencies, exams, or meet training expectations may result in termination of trainee status. Basic Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare. Bilingual proficiency preferred. This program requires a two-year commitment to Sun River Health. Failure to fulfill this may require repayment of tuition.
