Working across front-end and back-end technologies, you will solve complex problems, make thoughtful technical decisions, and deliver reliable solutions using modern development practices.You will collaborate within a distributed Agile team, contribute to software quality and application support, and help teammates grow through knowledge sharing and constructive feedback. Success requires adaptability, attention to detail, continuous learning, and a commitment to translating client needs into measurable digital outcomes.What You HaveRequired QualificationsBA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience2+ years of full-stack web development experience, with an emphasis on front-end developmentExperience developing web applications using C# and.NET CoreExperience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable software applicationsExperience creating and consuming REST APIsExperience applying Agile Fundamentals within a Scrum-based delivery teamDemonstrated Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Decision Making skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across distributed teams, locations, and time zonesAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly through verbal and written communicationPreferred QualificationsExperience with Angular, TypeScript, and client-side application frameworksExperience developing responsive, single-page applicationsExperience applying unit-testing practices, including test-driven or behavior-driven developmentKnowledge of software design principles, security controls, and application maintenance practicesExperience with containerization or orchestration technologiesDemonstrated Adaptability, Attention to Detail, and Continuous LearningExperience supporting or mentoring less-experienced software developers
