Emergency Medicine physician employment in Tennessee : Come lead a team with TeamHealth as the emergency department director at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee. This new start-up is set to launch January of 2026. This is an opportunity for primary care trained physicians in family medicine (FM), internal medicine (IM), or IM/Peds with emergency medicine (EM) experience. Visa sponsorship available.

Position Highlights:
- 15,000 volume ED
- 12-hour physician shifts
- APC support, 10 hours a day
- 1099 independent contractor status or W-2 employee status as director
- Paid professional liability insurance with tail
- Competitive hourly rate plus lucrative monthly administrative stipend
- Hospitalist program provided by the hospital
- Visa sponsorship available
- Sign-on bonus and relocation
- Less than 2 hours from Memphis and Nashville, and 50 minutes from Florence, Alabama
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
