Our Company Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation Overview Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Outpatient Neuro Rehab Fairfield, Maine | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Join our Rehab Without Walls team and help adults with neurological injuries build greater independence and return to the activities and routines that matter most. Provide 1:1 patient care in 60-minute treatment sessions — no double booking Deliver personalized, functional neurological rehabilitation under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Help patients improve daily living skills, functional abilities, and independence Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on meaningful, patient-centered outcomes Work in an innovative outpatient setting with access to advanced technology and equipment Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays If you’re a COTA who wants the time and support to provide quality, individualized care and make a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you! Responsibilities Assist patients in exercise, ADLs, functional activities, and the application/use of assistive devices in accordance with the treatment plan established by the Occupational Therapist Assist Occupational Therapist in the collection of outcome measures and completion of complex treatment procedures Educate patients, families, and other health workers on selected procedures and functional activities as directed by the Occupational Therapist Participate in ongoing program evaluation and development Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all care provided Maintain working knowledge of and adherence to the AOTA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Degree from a certified occupational therapy assistant training program Current Occupational Therapist Assistant certification and license to practice in state of application Minimum of 1 year experience preferred, related to treatment of complex neurological injuries Knowledge of complex neurologic injury and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques Current CPR certification About Our Line Of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
