Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 24 months (with possible extension)
TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Spearhead evolution of AI-enabled, human inspected agentic workflows to develop more efficient and scalable processes across client Business communications.
2. Support integration of tech platforms that improve communications and onboarding, including SharePoint, Adobe, analytics tools, and future MarTech capabilities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive automation opportunities and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve speed to market.
2. Exemplify passion and expertise for putting customer at the center of every communication.
3. Partner with stakeholders to gather inputs, ask the right questions, and turn intake requests into polished communication drafts.
4. Draft and refine customer-facing communications across Client Business - ensuring messaging is consistent, customer-centric, and aligned with Brand voice.
5. Leverage Copilot AI Agents and other AI tools to continuously optimize copy based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback. Overall Purpose:
As Copywriter, you'll be charged with developing results-oriented, benefit-driven advertising that promotes and differentiates our premium brand. Roles and Responsibilities:
