Job Title:.Net Fullstack DeveloperLocation: North Charleston/Ladson, SCDuration: FulltimeJob Description:Skills:Minimum 6+ years of experience in.NET Full Stack DevelopmentStrong expertise in.NET Core /.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIProficiency in React.js or Angular, along with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3Experience working with MS Access (Frontend), VBA, and SQL Server backend architectureStrong understanding of MS Access architecture, forms, reports, and data handlingStrong experience with relational databases, data modeling, and performance tuningExperience in microservices architecture and REST API developmentHands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and management (Azure DevOps / GitHub)Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing frameworksExperience integrating applications, managing flat files, and enterprise data flowsUnderstanding of secure coding, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and application securityExperience working in Agile / Scrum / SAFe development modelsStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsStrong documentation and technical writing skillsStrong understanding of SAFe 5.0 principles and Lean-Agile mindsetDomain experience in Discrete / Mfg. Industry / Aero IndustryResponsibilities:Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using .NET and React/AngularPerform reverse engineering of legacy MS Access/VBA applications for modernizationDevelop and implement modernization strategies (MS Access to.NET, cloud-ready solutions)Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deploymentConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesDevelop and consume REST APIs and microservices-based componentsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsEnsure application security, performance optimization, and scalabilityImplement automated testing and ensure high code qualityTroubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysisWork closely with cross-functional teams (functional, UI/UX, DevOps, business)Mentor junior developers and support technical capability buildingMaintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design artifactsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and ensure on-time sprint deliverySupport initiatives aligned to cloud-first and enterprise modernization strategies
