Provide counseling services at a premier corporate employer in Blacksburg, Virginia. Hybrid schedule, manageable hours, and a supportive work environment that lets you focus on what you do best.

CONTRACT: July 21 - October 8, 2026 (11 weeks)

WEEKLY SCHEDULE (Hybrid, approximately 20 hours/week)

• Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Remote)
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (In Office)
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In Office)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Provide individual and couples counseling to employees and their dependents ages 12 and older. Services include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and couples counseling in a confidential, supportive corporate health center setting.

✔ WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

✔ Active Virginia counseling license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
✔ Experience treating anxiety, depression, and substance abuse
✔ Couples counseling experience
✔ Comfortable working with clients ages 12 and older
✔ Blacksburg, VA based or able to reliably commute in-office days

• Licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina
• Corporate, employer wellness, or EAP setting background
• Telehealth experience
