The Safety and Security Site Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and directing all safety and security operations for Trulieve at their assigned location. The Safety and Security Site Supervisor (SS) works to ensure that visitors and employees are provided a safe and secure environment and receive responsive and respectful assistance for their security needs. The SS proactively identifies safety and security risks to Trulieve, its facilities, and employees, and implements policies, procedures, training, and operations to address those risks and increase awareness. The SS assists with managing and directing contract service providers and ensures compliance with regulatory and contract requirements.

Key duties and responsibilities include writing or reviewing safety and security related documents, training subordinate staff in safety and security rules and procedures, planning safety and security needs for special and high-risk events, coordinating on site operations with first responders, assisting in emergency management and contingency planning, and supervising subordinate safety and security professionals.

Skills and qualifications include a BA degree or higher in a related field of study, 5+ years' experience as a first responder, corporate security, or safety supervisor, OSHA 30 Certification, proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions, and excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Physical requirements include the ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance. Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks.

Work schedule: 45+ hrs./wk., with availability "after hours" if necessary; occasional weekends.
