Senior Project Manager - Construction

Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects Oversee projects from initiation through completion Manage design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring projects meet established goals Track project financials, maintain milestone schedules, provide status updates, and support continuous process improvements Demonstrate full accountability for end‑to‑end management of projects Lead project team consisting of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, and client stakeholders Develop risk management plans and lead project teams through established work authorization processes Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules #J-18808-Ljbffr
