General Manager – Property Restoration & Construction with MAK Holdings, LLC

Job Overview:

• Company: MAK Holdings, LLC
• Salary/Pay Rate: $135,000 – $150,000 Base Salary per year plus Performance-Based Bonus
• Location: Nashville, Tennessee (20% Travel Required)
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time
• Project Scope: Residential & Commercial Restoration, Construction, Environmental Services, and Specialty Trades

The Opportunity

You will step into a high-impact executive role designed to scale an established property services platform into a highly profitable, accountable organization. You will take full ownership of operational execution across restoration, construction, and environmental services, empowering ownership to focus on long-term strategy. Your leadership will directly shape company culture, expand service capabilities, and build a lasting legacy across Middle Tennessee.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Own full P&L accountability to consistently drive revenue growth, improve gross margins, and increase EBITDA.
• Translate ownership's strategic vision into daily operational execution across all residential and commercial service divisions.
• Implement robust operating systems, SOPs, and performance scorecards to establish clear organizational accountability.
• Mentor, coach, and hold department managers accountable to foster a resilient, high-performing leadership team.
• Standardize job costing, WIP tracking, and estimating practices across all emergency restoration and construction projects.
• Optimize field resource utilization and scheduling to ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.
• Drive customer retention and expand high-value commercial relationships alongside business development leaders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years managing full P&L responsibility for a multi-department or multi-company platform.
• Proven track record leading organizations or business units with $15M–$50M in annual revenue.
• Direct experience managing teams of 30 to 100+ employees.
• Deep operational expertise in restoration, construction, home services, or specialty trades.
• Executive experience at major platforms such as SERVPRO, BELFOR, ServiceMaster, or BluSky.
• Demonstrated success implementing management systems, SOPs, and financial scorecards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree or higher in Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing emergency restoration services, insurance-funded projects, and job documentation.
• Strong background working directly with entrepreneurial founders or business owners.
• General Contractor License in Tennessee
• Stable and consistent work history 
• Desire to grow within the company and act as a proactive leader with executive presence
