Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Wisconsin state SLP license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred. Experience evaluating and treating adult dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and providing individualized treatment plans preferred.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30. Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift. Assignment Length: 15 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week.
