What You'll Do

As a CNC Operator, you'll help produce high-quality parts by setting up, operating, inspecting, and finishing parts according to specifications. Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
• Loading and unloading materials efficiently and safely
• Performing precise quality checks using calipers and measuring tools
• Deburring, buffing, and finishing parts to meet exact specifications
• Using additional shop tools including hand mills and band saws
• Occasionally operating a forklift
• Continuously learning new equipment, processes, and product lines

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with proven CNC operating experience who brings strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a willingness to continue learning and growing within the department.

Successful candidates will have:

• Proven CNC operating experience; this is not a trainee role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Solid math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• A dependable work history and strong attendance
• Motivation to learn, cross-train, and grow within the department

Work Environment

This is an active production role in a machine shop setting. Candidates should be comfortable working around:
