Part-time Senior Program Specialist
In Search Of: Part-time Senior Program Specialist who can run senior programs for Y on the Fly throughout Stark County
Available Shifts: Monday through Friday with various class times between 9am and 2pm
Qualifications:
- Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide
- Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency
- Able to teach multiple formats, preferred
- Valid Drivers License
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm
- Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants
- Serve as a good role model
- Communicate with team members
- Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
Rate of Pay: $13.80
