About the Role
We're looking for a high-energy, people-loving Assistant Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You'll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating our awesome scoop squad
- Delivering top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!)
- Managing shifts, schedules, and daily operations
- Keeping the shop sparkling clean and organized
- Handling inventory and making sure we never run out of fan favorites
- Jumping into scoop, serve, and celebrate with customers
- Community relations and customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service a plus!)
- A positive, upbeat attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Weekend and evening availability

Physical Requirements
- Carry up to 50lbs
- Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9-10 hours per day
- Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory
- Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
