Job Description
Inpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inpatient Physical Therapist who will evaluate patients and implement individualized treatment programs in accordance with the professional standards of Physical Therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to establish appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Implement and adjust specific treatment programs tailored to meet individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and home exercise programs.

Position Details

• Shift: Full-Time Day Shift
• Weekend Requirements: To be discussed during the interview process
• On-Call Requirements: Potentially required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Hospital experience is preferred.
• Must possess a current Kansas Physical Therapist license or be eligible for licensure.
• CPR certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support or Basic Life Support) must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
