Organic Growth Marketing Specialist CD Valet is a new fintech and online marketplace that connects consumers to financial institutions to compare and open Certificates of Deposit (CDs) with the most competitive rates and terms nationwide. With daily rate updates and earnings calculators, CD Valet gives consumers an array of free tools to help them find the right CD to meet their savings goals. Banks and credit unions can attract more deposits through CD Valet's advertising, analytics and account opening solutions that enable them to design, price and promote CDs to a targeted market of ready-to-buy savers across the nation. CD Valet is operated by Seattle Bank, and CD Valet and Seattle Bank are wholly owned subsidiaries of Seattle Bancshares, Inc. CD Valet is seeking an execution-focused Organic Growth Marketing Specialist to support content development and optimization that improve organic discoverability across search engines, emerging AI-powered platforms, and social media. Reporting to the Organic Growth Marketing Manager, this role helps implement content and AEO/SEO strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-intent audiences. This is a hybrid/remote position. Candidates residing in the Puget Sound region are expected to work onsite 2 days each week. Candidates residing outside of this region are expected to travel to the office quarterly. Additional onsite work may be required based on business needs. Essential Duties Support keyword research, content audits, and basic competitive reviews to identify content gaps and organic growth opportunities, in partnership with the Organic Growth Marketing Manager. Develop and manage CD Valet's social media presence (Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and other platforms), including drafting posts, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and flagging trends or opportunities. Draft and update SEO-rich content (e.g., blog posts, educational articles, landing pages, FAQs) that help drive qualified traffic and engagement. Coordinate content production with internal stakeholders and external writers/designers, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and key messages. Implement on-page SEO best practices (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, basic schema where applicable) under the guidance of the Organic Growth Marketing Manager. Assist with off-page SEO initiatives such as outreach for backlinks, directory updates, and partner content placements as directed. Coordinate closely with paid media and lifecycle teams to ensure organic content supports campaigns and lead nurturing flows. Support CD Valet's financial institution recruitment with content development and SEO/AEO search optimization. Help track and report on key performance indicators such as organic traffic, rankings for priority keywords, click-through rates, engagement metrics, and AI visibility. Build and maintain content calendars, documentation, and performance dashboards. Partner with Product and Marketing Teams to ensure content accurately reflects product features, rate updates, and customer value propositions. Collaborate with compliance to ensure all content and social posts meet regulatory requirements and are properly documented. Stay current on evolving SEO, AEO, and content trends, especially as they relate to financial services and generative AI, and share learnings with the broader team. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by the Organic Growth Marketing Manager. Reliable attendance and adherence to hybrid/remote work expectations is an essential function of this job. Requirements Due to the collaborative nature of this position, onsite availability and flexibility as described in the position summary are required. 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or SEO, preferably in fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated industry. Foundational understanding of SEO and AEO principles and willingness to grow expertise in search optimization. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO and AEO visibility measurement platforms. Demonstrated ability to write and edit clear, accurate, user-focused content; experience following editorial guidelines and brand voice. Comfort working with data to identify basic patterns, measure content performance, and make recommendations with support from more senior team members. Genuine interest in financial services and personal finance, with the ability to translate complex topics into accessible content. Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to learn, test, and iterate in a fast-evolving AI and search landscape. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take direction, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
