Travel Registered Nurse NICU Job

Overview Registered Nurse – NICU travel assignment in Pennington, New Jersey, starting 11/09/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,042–$2,132 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. This assignment takes place in a Level III neonatal intensive care unit with 12 intensive care bassinets and an additional 15 Level II bassinets, using Cerner as the EMR. Travel nursing program managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,042–$2,132 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 8 weeks Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM Start date: 11/09/2026 Setting: Level III NICU with Cerner EMR Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU according to individualized care plans Monitor neonatal status, including vital signs, daily assessments, and responses to changes in condition Administer medications and therapies as ordered, and coordinate with the medical team on treatment plans Document care accurately in the Cerner EMR; ensure meticulous charting and compliance with clinical standards Collaborate with neonatology, respiratory therapy, infection control, and family-centered care teams Support families with education and discharge planning while maintaining a safe and healing NICU environment Requirements Active RN license in New Jersey or a compact state at the time of submission BLS and NRP certifications Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience Prior travel experience strongly preferred Ability to work in a Level III NICU setting and to deliver care during night shifts Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 36 per week 8-week assignment Night shift schedule Travel nursing program support through the hiring organization Exposure to a Level III NICU with Cerner EMR PAY DISCLAIMER RULE: Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
