Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health

Direct Hire Position – East Side of Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $70 per patient visit + Mileage Reimbursement

Schedule: Flexible / Full-Time (25+ visits/week)

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible, rewarding career where you can make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing Home Health team serving patients throughout the east side of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.

In this role, you'll provide one-on-one occupational therapy services in patients' homes, helping individuals regain independence, improve functional abilities, and maximize their quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, evaluations, progress notes, reassessments, and discharge summaries.
• Travel throughout the assigned service area to provide in-home patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (home health experience is a plus).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
