Sr. Product Manager, Advertiser Experience

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager for campaign planning and management
- Build end‑to‑end solutions for uploading, managing, and promoting ad creatives
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to implement product improvements
- Conduct research to understand advertiser workflows and translate insights into product strategies
- Explore and deliver AI‑powered creative solutions to enhance advertiser experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience with digital advertising and performance marketing concepts
- Strong product discovery skills, including customer engagement and workflow mapping
- Proven success in leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive approach
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in performance ads concepts, such as optimization goals and creative testing
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
- Familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making in product development
