Quick Facts Location: 400 West 16th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date / Duration: Permanent Shift: Flexible scheduling, outpatient and hospital-based Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent, W-2 License/Certs: Medical License in Colorado, Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology Experience: Prior clinical Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: pay package discussed upon application) Compensation: Highly competitive salary range of $550,000 - $610,000 annually, based on experience Bonus: Immediate high-productivity bonus potential exceeding base guarantee Benefits Include: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage Comprehensive CME allowance 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching 457(b) voluntary deferred compensation plan Paid sick leave and family/medical leave, including Colorado FAMLI Wellness programs and benefits Additional voluntary benefits (FSA, HSA, identity theft, pet insurance, employee discounts) What You ll Do Provide general urologic care to adult patients in outpatient clinics and hospital settings Conduct diagnosis and perform surgical procedures for urologic conditions Utilize advanced robotic systems including DaVinci XI robots Collaborate with a team of four established urologists and support staff Participate in hospital call rotations for inpatient consultations and emergencies Document patient care efficiently using the Epic EMR system Contribute to high standards of patient care and contribute to practice growth Support hospital initiatives, including integration of advanced technologies and new services What You Need Active Colorado medical license or eligible for licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology At least 1 year of clinical Urology experience preferred Excellent communication, clinical, and surgical skills Ability to support visa candidates is a plus About the Assignment Join an established urology team at a prominent facility in Pueblo, Colorado, offering a dynamic work environment with state-of-the-art equipment and a strong focus on patient-centered care.
