Established in 2003, Triad Psych is seeking two full-time Mental Health Clinicians to provide in-office and virtual care for adults, children and adolescents, couples, and families. At both our Marietta and Acworth locations. Clinicians will address anxiety and depression, trauma-related concerns, relationship concerns, autism, and broad outpatient conditions using cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care. Licensed and para-licensed clinicians in Georgia are welcome to apply, with supervision provided by a licensed clinical supervisor for para-licensed candidates. The practice offers flexible scheduling, commission-based compensation of $55–$80 per hour based on licensure level and appointment volume, training, marketing, referrals, furniture, computer equipment, and full back-office and claims support. Candidates should be prepared to offer after-school, evening, and weekend appointments while building a full caseload. Opportunities for clinical leadership, training, and professional development are available as caseloads grow.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments for clients across a range of ages and presenting concerns.
• Provide individual counseling and therapy for adults, children, and adolescents.
• Deliver counseling services to couples and families.
• Provide in-office and telehealth services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate case documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and monitor client progress.
• Apply cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care in clinical practice.

 

Required Qualifications

• Licensed or para-licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.
• Ability to provide clinical services to adults, children and adolescents, couples, and families.
• Availability for some after-school, evening, and weekend appointments while building a caseload.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience addressing anxiety and depression, trauma-related concerns, relationship concerns, autism, and broad outpatient conditions.
• Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Interest in clinical leadership, training, and professional development opportunities.
