Diabetes Educator

UF Health is seeking a Diabetes Educator to provide evidence-based diabetes self-management education to patients and families within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The educator will assess learning needs, develop individualized education plans, and deliver one-on-one and group sessions on glucose monitoring, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle modification. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, this role supports quality improvement initiatives and documentation in the EMR. UF Health offers a collaborative, inclusive culture with strong support for professional growth and continuous learning.
