Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in the Washington DC–Baltimore Area with opportunities for some out-of-state projects. The Project Manager oversees precast erection projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure work is executed safely, on time, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, organizing site logistics, and managing inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager also promotes adherence to company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Skills to track materials, coordinate deliveries, and minimize delays.
• Inspection experience for monitoring jobsite progress, safety practices, and quality of precast installations.
• Logistics Management skills to organize equipment, crews, and sequencing of work across multiple projects.
• Experience in construction or precast concrete projects, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities with field teams and clients.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Proficiency with project management software and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling applications, BlueBeam).
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Precast Experience a must!
