Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' objectives, preferences, and unique needs, laying the foundation for customized rehabilitation plans.

  • Design and implement tailored rehabilitation programs that reflect clients’ educational backgrounds, skills, and employment aspirations.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to design integrated treatment strategies that address individual client needs.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed case files, encompassing client histories, treatment plans, progress notes, and communication records to ensure seamless care continuity.
  • \n
  • Track and assess client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and methodologies to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • \n
  • Facilitate ongoing communication with clients during their participation in various therapeutic and occupational programs, swiftly addressing any challenges or barriers encountered.

  • Engage with clients’ family members to establish a cooperative care framework that supports the client’s rehabilitation goals.

  • Conduct timely evaluations and generate reports that highlight client needs and progress for appropriate resource referrals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse clients, including adults facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and those in need of emotional support for various life transitions. Your expertise will empower clients to regain independence and improve their quality of life through effective counseling techniques and support services.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • \n
  • Possession of a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is essential for this position.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience in providing mental health treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a strong focus on client engagement.
  • \n
  • A team-oriented mentality, coupled with a strong desire to effect positive change in clients’ lives.
  • \n
  • Proficient clinical skills encompassing motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and thorough documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with experience in rehabilitation settings or telehealth counseling will be prioritized. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and experience working with clients experiencing co-occurring disorders is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
