Cat Scan Technologist Type: Full Time Sign-on bonus: $10,000 (May be eligible) About the Role Sovah Health – Danville, part of Lifepoint Health, is looking for a Cat Scan Technologist. As a member of our team, you will contribute to our mission of making communities healthier. How you'll contribute Ensure patient examinations are performed accurately and timely (not exceeding 30 minutes). Provide accurate patient positioning, computer entries, and filming. Perform nuclear medicine scans and administer radiopharmaceuticals per radiologist protocols. Use time effectively, report availability, assist others, and demonstrate team effort. Use knowledge to produce high‑quality diagnostic scan images, maintaining exam accuracy (minimum views, labeling, patient dose, positioning, history, shielding) and minimizing patient exposure. Maintain knowledge of equipment performance, report malfunctions, and communicate problems related to supplies or equipment to supervisor. What we’re looking for Applicants should be high‑school graduates or GED holders and graduates of a JRC/CAHEA approved program in Radiologic Technology. The CT technologist must be registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Hold BLS certification.
