We’re seeking experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers who share our commitment to simplifying the mortgage process and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You May Be a Great Fit If You Love: Helping people understand what it takes to become homeowners Reviewing income, credit, assets, and documentation Finding solutions for borrowers who may not fit inside a standard lending box Structuring loans and comparing available financing options Paying close attention to details and anticipating potential obstacles Following up consistently and moving borrowers toward the next step Keeping borrowers, real estate agents, and transaction partners informed Turning a complicated process into a clear, understandable plan Creating the kind of experience that produces raving fans and referrals What You’ll Do Meet with prospective homebuyers and assess their financing needs Educate borrowers about available loan and homebuyer-assistance options Collect and review financial information and supporting documentation Structure appropriate loan scenarios based on each borrower’s circumstances Guide borrowers from the initial conversation through application, pre-approval, and closing Maintain accurate notes, records, and follow-up activities Proactively communicate with borrowers, agents, processors, and other transaction partners Provide responsive, professional service throughout the entire mortgage process Follow all company policies and applicable federal and state lending regulations Required Qualifications Active Mortgage Loan Originator license and NMLS registration Previous mortgage origination experience Working knowledge of mortgage guidelines, income calculations, credit, assets, and loan structuring Strong customer-service and communication skills Exceptional organization, follow-up, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple borrowers and transactions in a remote environment Comfortable using mortgage technology, CRM systems, video meetings, email, and phone communication A genuine desire to help more people successfully become homeowners Position Details Remote position Experienced, licensed loan officers only Additional state licenses may be required based on assigned markets Compensation: base plus bonus depending on experience.
