Bilingual Client Services Call Center Representative

Bailey & Galyen is looking for a caring and highly motivated Bilingual Client Services Call Center Representative to support the Client Services team in our Bedford Office.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients to discuss their legal needs.
• Qualify leads by gathering information and assessing the potential client's needs for legal services.
• Schedule consultations and appointments with attorneys for qualified clients.
• Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Clearly explain the firm's services and practice areas, ensuring potential clients understand their options.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and outcomes in the firm's CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales call center, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
