ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing people and driving results? Were looking for a Sales Qualification Manager to join our Sales team in Franklin, TN and help take our Qualification Specialist (QS) operation to the next level.

In this role, youll lead the day-to-day operations of the QS team coaching specialists, managing performance, generating business insights through reporting, and collaborating with Team Captains to build a high-performing, motivated group. The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, and people-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and gets excited about helping their team grow, hit goals, and deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.

WHAT YOULL DO

Lead & Develop Your Team

Train, develop, and implement individualized growth plans for each Qualification Specialist investing in their skills, confidence, and career trajectory.Partner with Team Captains to cultivate a strong, collaborative QS team culture where people support one another and push each other to be their best.Administer employee reviews, performance improvement plans, and corrective actions in partnership with HR always with fairness, clarity, and respect.Champion a positive, high-energy team environment where performance is recognized and celebrated.

Drive Operations & Performance

Oversee daily QS operations, ensuring the team is running smoothly and hitting key productivity benchmarks.Evaluate QS performance and productivity on an ongoing basis, identifying trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports that give leadership clear visibility into team performance and business outcomes.Audit files as directed by the Qualification Specialist Director to maintain quality and consistency.

Communicate & Collaborate

Keep the lines of communication open maintaining continuous interaction with the team through Slack and staying responsive and approachable.Handle team questions, issues, and escalations through Slack and Chatter in Salesforce with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.Contribute to cross-functional efforts and special initiatives, stepping up whenever the team or business needs it.

WHAT YOU BRING

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills you know how to motivate, coach, and hold people accountable with empathy and consistency.A thorough understanding of the Qualification Specialist role and how it connects to every other department in the organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills whether youre leading a team huddle, writing a performance review, or responding to a question in Slack.Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and related tools youre comfortable working across platforms to keep things organized and on track.Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where priorities can shift and adaptability is key.A dependable, consistent work ethic your team can count on you to show up and deliver, day in and day out.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

1+ years of proven success as a telesales representative or in another sales/customer service role required.2+ years of sales management experience required.Experience with Salesforce reporting and team performance tracking strongly preferred.
