Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.90 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeFri12:00 PM - 08:00 PM Sat12:00 PM - 08:00 PM Sun12:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating issues through proper channels when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and observe on‑site activity, reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to site protocols. Support hospitality operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and documenting incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
