Main Job Objective

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Fresh's Organic Social Media presence by scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The Social Media Coordinator will support the Global Marketing Communications team in executing the global social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth while ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and publishing across all social media accounts
• Ensure all content is deployed accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards
• Maintain and update global content calendars on a weekly basis for cross-functional visibility
• Partner with Marketing Strategy category leaders to support strategy development across products and promotions worldwide.
• Manage everyday communication with creative teams directly
• Support the execution of global campaigns across all social platforms
• Communicate social updates and changes across Marketing teams in real time
• Assist in developing social briefs aligned with marketing calendars and product launches
• Ensure proper tagging, collaborator setup, and platform-specific optimizations are implemented when scheduling
• Engage with the social community through comments on our channels, direct messages, and actively comments on other posts
• Escalate customer inquiries and sensitive issues to appropriate internal stakeholders
• Conduct ongoing social listening to identify trends, cultural moments, and real-time opportunities for Fresh to join relevant conversations and support real-time posting opportunities
• Support ad hoc reporting on campaign and talent performance and social activations for Global Marketing. Some research includes: Social sentiment, Share of voice, Trends and keywords, and Creative Performance
• Leverage tools and native platform analytics to gather insights
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to optimize content, timing, and formats

What you will learn in the first 6 months:

• Build a strong understanding of Fresh's brand voice, global social media strategy, content calendar, and approval processes across Instagram, TikTok, and other priority platforms.
• Develop hands-on expertise in scheduling, publishing, community management, social listening, and real-time escalation while ensuring content is accurate, timely, and on brand.
• Establish effective working relationships with Marketing Strategy, Creative, and cross-functional partners to support global campaigns, product launches, and social briefs.

What you will achieve in 12 months:

• Independently manage accurate, on-time scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day community engagement across Fresh's global social media channels.
• Contribute actionable recommendations from platform analytics, social listening, and campaign reporting to improve content performance, timing, formats, and audience engagement.
• Serve as a trusted cross-functional partner who proactively identifies cultural moments and execution opportunities that strengthen brand awareness and audience growth.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Qualifications

Profile

You have:

• Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in social media (Internships included)
• Expertise in social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, as well as social media platforms, including content formats, analytics, and tools
• A curiosity and interest about the beauty industry and the relationship to online culture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or the equivalent

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 USD.
