PERSONNEL TECHNICIAN I - CCHCS NR - ELK GROVE/SACRAMENTO

Effective July 1, 2025, in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit 01 , and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by 3 percent and will receive 5 hours PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes.


Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, Region Human Resources Office (RHRO) - Northern, Certification Unit, California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS), the incumbent has the responsibility for the administration/completion of the less complex classifications and assists the Certification Unit Analyst in completion of the certification/post examination process.


Minimum Qualifications:

One year of work experience. Preference will be given to experience which has contributed to development of verbal, analytical, or writing skills.


Or II


One year of work experience which has contributed to development of verbal, analytical, and writing skills. Completion of two years of college may be substituted for the experience.

The Position(s) is eligible for hybrid telework, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy and will be required to report to the office as needed/required.
