About the Role
Join a dynamic IT support team as a Field Engineer 3, where you ll be the go-to technical expert for computer hardware, software, and networking support at client sites. This journeyman-level position is ideal for professionals seeking hands-on experience with enterprise technology and opportunities to advance in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Install, diagnose, maintain, and service desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and low-end servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues using standard tools and personal expertise.
- Perform disk replacements on enterprise storage products.
- Support and maintain legacy and core server products.
- Conduct routine maintenance, upgrades, and re-imaging of PCs and laptops.
- Install and configure networks, peripherals, and approved applications.
- Complete installs, moves, adds, and changes as requested.
- Ensure timely updates and ticket management in the ticketing system to meet client Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout service delivery.
- Escalate and follow up on unresolved problems to guarantee complete resolution.

Required Skills and Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in computer support or similar IT roles.
- Proficient in diagnosing, installing, maintaining, and servicing hardware and software.
- Strong organizational skills and a proven work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and follow direction from Help Desk, Service Desk, or procedural scripts.
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with enterprise storage products and server maintenance.
- Familiarity with legacy product support and complex device repair.
