Therapy focuses on improving function, strength, balance and coordination with a goal of improving, restoring or maintaining how an individual functions at work and at home. What You’ll Do Evaluates, administers and directs therapeutic procedures utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. Establishes goals of Physical therapy and re‑assesses patient’s progress at regular timely intervals, supporting findings with written documentation. Collaborates with inter‑disciplinary team to improve patient outcomes, while respecting patient privacy and rights. Requirements Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License.
