High-Energy Sales Professional With Technical Skills – Garage Door Industry Looking for outgoing, results-driven individuals who thrive on both sales and technical work. In this role, your earnings are commission-based, giving you the opportunity to earn $80K+ by closing sales and delivering expert service.

Expected Pay: $20/hr during training, anticipated earnings after training $60,000-80,000+

What You'll Do:

• Be the friendly face and skilled hands that keep homes and businesses secure and functioning.
• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers.
• Deliver 5-star customer service with every interaction – empathy, communication, and professionalism are key.
• Document your work with clarity – notes, diagrams, and photos that support team efficiency and future visits.
• Inspect and guarantee all work meets the highest safety standards and company expectations.
• Spot opportunities to recommend helpful upgrades and services (no pushy sales – just solutions!).
• Collaborate with teammates and coordinate seamlessly using tools like ServiceTitan.

What You Bring:

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (we want you safe and confident on the road).
• Experience in garage door systems is a plus – but we'll train the right go-getter!
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use standard hand tools with confidence.
• Natural problem-solving skills and strong communication instincts.
• An organized, positive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• High school diploma or GED required.
