Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Professional appearance Customer service-oriented attitude Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls appropriately Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area Manage incoming and outgoing mail Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Schedule appointments and meetings as needed Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as scanning, faxing, and emailing documents #J-18808-Ljbffr The Stanley Auto Group
